Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all products to destinations within Canada and Mainland USA.

** Note: We reserve the right to cancel orders addressed to PO Boxes to which we cannot afford to offer Free Shipping.  We will notify you via email if we do end up cancelling your order for this reason.  We can offer delivery to such PO Boxes for an additional $24.99.  Once your order is cancelled, please place your order again and add "PO Box Surcharge" as an item to your cart to cover this cost.

All products are shipped within 2 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site. The majority of orders ship within 1 business day. We generally use Canada Post's "Expedited Parcel Service" or UPS' "Standard Parcel Service" depending on the size and weight of the order.

Most orders ship from our main fulfillment centre:

Medieval Depot
30-2455 Cawthra Rd.
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 3P1
CANADA

There are some situations where we will ship your order, in full or in part, from a secondary fulfillment centre.  Medieval Depot employs the utmost care to packaging and shipping orders using the most effective method possible.

We do ship internationally but certain protocols and restrictions apply.  Please email us for details with your shipping address and list of items you are interested in purchasing.

Customer Address Information

Medieval Depot ships to the address provided by the customer during checkout! All customers placing an order with Medieval Depot are required to enter their official shipping and billing address, in the correct and legal format, in it's entirety. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their order is placed with the correct address specified clearly, beyond reasonable doubt.  In other words, Medieval Depot cannot prevent a customer from submitting the wrong address information during checkout.

Canada Post and UPS shipments that are not deliverable to the address provided by the customer are considered “Undeliverable” and will be returned to Medieval Depot fulfillment centre. "Undeliverable" shipments can be delayed by approximately 5-10 business days, but in some cases may take a couple of weeks. After Medieval Depot receives back an "Undeliverable" shipment, we will contact the customer and re-ship the order as soon as reasonably possible. Customers are responsible for re-shipment costs, and Medieval Depot will contact customers via phone or email.

Shipping Department

We have gone the extra mile to ensure that every order is processed with accuracy and efficiency. Our website is fully integrated with our shipping department, providing every customer with:

  • Knowledgeable Shipping Department
Our experienced team knows our product line and understands the importance of safely presenting these products to our customers. Special care is taken to use proper packing materials and procedure.
  • Quality Control
Prior to shipment, all orders undergo inspection to ensure merchandise matches order and are not defective.
  • Status Updates
From the time an order is placed, to the time an order ships, our customers receive e-mail status notifications every step of the way.
  • Tracking Information
Our customers are sent tracking numbers and information for all orders shipped.
International Shipments

International customers are responsible for any and all Custom Fees or other related costs (if imposed). The customer assumes the responsibility for knowing what can be legally imported into his/her country. Medieval Depot is not responsible for any items seized by customs and does not reimburse the customer for goods that have been seized.

When a parcel is seized by Customs, Medieval Depot may or may not be notified by the Customs Department. If you believe the customs entity of your country has seized a package, that customs entity will not contact Medieval Depot. It is recommended that all International customers understand their countries import rules and regulations before placing an order online.

Once an order is shipped, and leaves our Shipping Facility, the customer assumes all responsibility and liability for their order.

Refused Packages

Customers who refuse to accept shipments of their orders from Medieval Depot.com are still bound to all policies agreed upon when placing their order and shall be liable for all return shipping charges accrued plus a 20% restocking fee as well any Customs fees, duties and taxes. Shipping costs for unsatisfied products without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will not be reimbursed.
